Eligibility

Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Jewelry must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

We cannot accept returns on custom or personalized items, sale items, or earrings (due to hygiene reasons).
Return Process

Contact us at foreverworn0@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

We’ll provide return instructions and a shipping address.

Ship the item back to us (return shipping is the customer’s responsibility).

Once received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
